The overwhelming success of the 172 Riesling from Atlas led us to look at what else they had in the project range, we’re grateful for the lead in when we tried this Shiraz.

Halliday’s a fan of this wine, the word “seductive” has been firmly attached to it and we concur. Think of cashmere like qualities, once you’ve experienced it there’s no going back to the middle of the road. 429 offers rich luscious berry flavours, with layers that keep coming with interspersing cloves and fine white pepper. Soft tannins give bulk to this Shiraz that will continue to surprise and delight for years to come.
